I read [Rick Heaston's] online article in Housingzone.com today. Your observation of the skill sets of today's on-site sales personnel is more than astute — it's dead on! In further agreement, it is my responsibility to see that my on-site sales managers get the training they need and deserve to better position them and Miller and Smith in this transitioning market.
I have been researching bringing a new trainer on board and recently reached out to Bob Schultz and the New Home Specialist and obtained a proposal. After reading your article, I think I would be doing myself and my company an injustice if I didn't speak with you as well.
Nancy Singleton, Director of Sales, Miller and Smith
