HomerWood Reclaimed American Oak

May 31, 2011

HomerWood Premium Hardwood Flooring announces 100 percent Reclaimed American Oak, made from barns that are no longer in use. The reclaimed floors reveal the barn’s special imprints, including nail holes, cracks, mineral streaks and saw kerfs. The wood is hand-inspected and all nails and other metal objects are removed. The wood is kiln-dried to remove moisture, and then precision milled.
