Viance LLC recently announced the opening of the 2012 Ecolife Fish-More Deck Challenge, with teams of builders and remodelers trying to create the winning deck using the company’s Ecolife Stabilized Weather-Resistant Wood.

Builders will enter the contest together with the homeowner for whom they are making the deck. They must submit photos and a materials receipt to qualify the project; homeowners must co-register with the builders in order to be eligible. A team of independent professionals from the building products industry will select the winning project. DIY homeowners may also enter the contest.

Winners of the team grand prize will receive a Tracker Pro Team 175 TF bass fishing boat. The owner of the winning project will receive $2,500 cash. In addition to the grand prize, ten monthly prizes will also be awarded, with a $500 cash prize. Viance will accept entries until Dec. 31, 2012.
