Integrity Composites LLC buys GAF’s composite decking business line
Production will continue at Integrity’s plant in Maine
Integrity Composites LLC has acquired the DuraLife composite decking line from GAF Building Materials. The company plans to continue to manufacture and ship GAF’s decking, railing, porch and marine dock products to customers around the world. Integrity will continue operations at the 100,000 square foot production facility in Biddeford, Maine.
“We are extremely pleased to be manufacturing and shipping state-of-the-art decking products to our customers and to have the opportunity to work with key personnel, some of whom have been employed at the facility since its inception” said General Manager Jeff True.
“It is a privilege to provide quality jobs which in turn create cutting edge American made products” added Chairman Matt Bevin. “We are excited by the opportunities before us.”
Integrity Composites is a Maine-based company whose ownership and management team have many decades of entrepreneurial and manufacturing experience, and in particular, have experience with manufacturing decking products in Biddeford dating back to 1999.
