March 12, 2010

Mar 11, 2010 — For the seventh consecutive month, a member of the Payne Family Homes team has been honored with the top new-home sales achievement awards by the Sales & Marketing Council of the Home Builders Association of St. Louis & Eastern Missouri. Payne Family Homes sales managers have been the top area salespeople not only in number of homes sold, but also in dollar volume.
According to the Home Builders Association, this is the first time in the history of the organization that sales managers from the same company have received the prestigious New Home Top Sales Performance Awards of the Month for such an extended period of time.
Payne Family Homes award recipients include Sharon Griffiths, who received the honor three times, as well as Jessica Smith, Brooke Bailey, Julie Jones and Lauren Johnson.
Edward Lott, Payne Family Homes Vice President of Sales and Marketing, noted that “we are proud to have such an outstanding sales team that is so committed to making the new-home experience a positive one for buyers. Their enthusiasm, knowledge and dedication are beyond compare. We also are excited that our company has set this sales record, and we hope to continue the tradition!”
Payne Family Homes is a St. Charles-based homebuilder with six well-located communities in St. Charles, St. Peters and Cottleville. The company’s communities include The Meadows at Ohmes Farm, The Townes at Belleau Creek, Bordeaux Condominiums, The Pointe at Heritage Landing, The Enclave at Heritage and Tuscany Estates.
