David Weekley Homes launches buyer project-tracking website

Custom web page provides buyers with a construction timeline and progress photos.
December 26, 2010

Home building giant David Weekley Homes has launched a website that allows its buyers to stay updated on the progress of their new home. Upon signing the sales contract, home buyers receive log-in details to their personal buyer home page at MyDWHome.com.

As the planning and construction of the new home commences, the web page provides a timeline that shows the client how far along the home builders are and the next steps to be taken. Photos of the home site at every stage of construction are regularly uploaded, as well as checklists that will prepare homebuyers for their meetings with their personal builder, design consultant, and warranty service representative.

MyDWHome.com also provides buyers a direct communication line to expert advisors for help with pre-move-in planning, as well as maintenance and operation of their new home.
