2009 Nationals Sales and Marketing Awards: Focus on Custom
These three gold winners from the 2007 National Sales and Marketing Awards demonstrate for custom builders, innovative thinking and high quality design
|
This year’s National Sales and Marketing Awards prove once again that there are bright spots even in a drab market. Home builders that care about quality, creativity and being in sync with what their clients want are finding opportunities to build and sell great homes — and get accolades to boot.
A theme among the gold winners we feature this year is “transcending place.” Woodley Architectural Group designed and Renaissance Homes built a home with roof lines that take flight. The Green Co., with the help of Scheurer Architects, built an East Coast home that takes more than a few notes from California design, and Sattler Homes’ collaboration with Knudson Gloss Architects brings a little bit of Tuscany to Colorado. The lesson here is to stretch your imagination, mind-meld with your buyer, move forward and build.
