Luxury single-family homes are directly on first tee

Golf-course living is coming to The Residences at Bulle Rock -- literally. The resort-style community in Havre de Grace, Md., has opened its first and only section of home sites directly on the first tee of the championship Bulle Rock Golf Course. Located along the boundaries of first fairway, the community’s Belmont Park neighborhood will feature up to 21 single-family home sites built by Clark Turner Signature Homes. In addition to its award-winning Triple Crown homes already popular at The Residences at Bulle Rock, Clark Turner will introduce its Crown Jewel homes in this new section. With nearly 6,000 square feet of space, the Crown Jewel homes will include such amenities as:
* Four-story elliptical staircase
* Three bedrooms
* Master bedroom with barrel vaulted loft
* Two and a half bathrooms
* Master bathroom with separate super shower and barrel vaulted ceiling
* Three-car garage
* Large groin-vaulted ceiling
* Curved morning room with 12-foot ceiling
* Full basement with 9-foot ceilings
A wine cellar and elevator are optional.

The first Crown Jewel home was sold and is currently construction for summer delivery. Two more Belmont Park homes also are under contract.

With the slogan, “Life Imitates Vacation,” The Residences at Bulle Rock was named 2007 Project of the Year by the Land Development Council (LDC) of the Home Builders Association of Maryland (HBAM). Under development by Manekin, LLC, Clark Turner and H&S Properties Development Corp., the community will comprise approximately 2,200 single-family, villa and condominium homes built by Clark Turner Signature Homes, D.R. Horton, NVHomes, Ryan Homes and Ryland Homes. All homes will feature first-floor owner's suites, open floor plans, vaulted ceiling, garages and additional amenities for luxury living.
