Corrected Walk-Through Items at Move-in
While not citing specific numbers, 20% of buyers perceived that all walk-through items were completed before move-in, and 47% said “most” were. So only 67% can be interpreted as “satisfied” to “nearly satisfied” — a low number considering so many builders claim zero defects at move-in. Many builders are not meeting that goal, or buyers perceive that builders are closing homes with incomplete items.
