EmailNew North Carolina building code available online, but print version delayed

To the relief of builders and building inspectors, the North Carolina Department of Insurance recently posted the 2012 N.C. Residential Code online. The mandatory enforcement date for the 2012 code was March 1, 2012, however, due to various delays printed versions were not available by March 1, and may not be distributed until April or May.
