New Hampshire construction firm faces big fines for fall-protection violations
The owner of Summer and Winter Construction in Concord, N.H. has received 16 citations totaling $101,550 over a period of years related to fall protection and other safety measures from the Occupational Health and Safety Administration. The Labor Department has filed a case in federal appeals court asking the court to make the owner pay.
