Mass. fire chiefs slam board decision to omit sprinkler requirement in state code

Fire chiefs from across Massachusetts expressed outrage and disappointment at a recent vote by the Massachusetts Board of Building Regulations and Standards to defeat a proposal that would have required fire sprinklers in all new one- and two-family homes.
