Fall hazard risks should be identified in job hazard analysis

Most fall hazards go uncontrolled because they are not identified during the hazard analysis portion of the work plan. One of the most important components of conducting a job hazard analysis is observing the operation as it is underway. This helps identify potential hazards and also allows supervisors to evaluate workers’ frames of mind.
