EPA to collect more data, seek comments before finalizing mud rule

The Environmental Protection Agency has delayed developing a rule that would set a first-time numeric limit on how much dirt is allowed in storm water runoff from construction sites. The EPA says it will seek more data and is accepting comments until March 5.
