Watch Out for Rising Star
![]() |
Moser Builders, a custom home builder in Berwyn, Penn., is an up and coming star to watch in the national marketing sky. With its beginnings almost 20 years ago, the regional builder of homes in the Pennsylvania counties of Chester and Delaware is making a name for itself, not only regionally, but nationally now as well. Recently named Builder of the Year in its local builder's association, Moser has now won a Silver award in the NAHB's "Nationals" awards program that honors excellence in new home marketing. The award was given for the Best Black and White ad and will compete against other Silver finalists across the national for the Gold award during January's International Builders' Show in Orlando.
The ad, created by Northlight Advertising of Exton, Penn., was headlined "A home is worth a 1000 words," and is bordered by an ornate, "faux frame," that emphasizes the quality and art that goes in to every Moser home. Judges were impressed by the creativity and originality of the ad. Moser has also won nine awards from local home builders' associations for interior merchandising, exterior merchandising, and best brochure.
