- Give an example of how you handled a peer who was not supportive of your business agenda?
- How have you handled a subordinate who was not able to perform?
- What is your method for getting people to follow your vision?
- What are your core values and why are they important to you?
- What type of business culture allows you to thrive?
- Describe the leadership style of a past supervisor who was able to maximize your output.
- How do you work under stress?
- What behavior development would help you professionally?
