Enlist Employees
Remodeling companies looking to find employees may be able to tap into a new recruitment option: the U.S. Army.
Under the new Partnership for Youth Success (PaYS), the Army partners with an interested company to provide skill training in the related field during the enlistee’s service time. After completing their enlistment tour, the individuals are pre-qualified for employment with the company. The PaYS agreement between the individual, employer and the Army is established when the enlistee joins the service.
“The program is open to any company that needs skilled employees for which the Army can provide the required training,” says an Army spokesman. “The Army, businesses and individuals all benefit by producing young people who serve their country and then are prepared for a bright future.”
