I've mentioned several times that we had a house on the market. Well, we just closed and after nearly a year, we're free.
And you know what? Today you'll have to excuse me if I don't care about things like sub-prime fallout, dropping home values and rising inventories.
Know what else? It feels pretty good. So that's my only advice for the week: take the long weekend and don't think about all that and your other business stresses for a few days.
After all, there's college football to be watched, BBQs to be had and the last days of summer to be enjoyed.
(OK, there's my schmaltzy blog for the year. Tune in next week for your regularly scheduled sarcasm and cynicism.)
