Even Bart Simpson knows the market stinks

(Would have posted this earlier, but I watched the presidential debate Sunday and recorded that night's episode of "The Simpsons" instead of watching it live.)
The housing downturn has reached pop-culture levels, being referenced in Sunday's episode in the opening chalkboard gag, with the comment "Teacher did not pay too much for her condo."
For those of you unfamiliar with the show, it often opens with a visual gag where Bart Simpson writes something over and over again on the chalkboard. (Fully explained here on Wikipedia.)
Thanks to addletters.com (where you can make your own Bart chalkboard gag) for the image.
