Favorite food: Authentic Asian and Spanish cuisine (She makes Seafood Paella and Fresh Spicy Salsa!)
Favorite vacation spot: Maui, Hawaii; Marco Island, Fla., where she got married and honeymooned
Favorite reads: Suspense/mystery and any New York Times Bestsellers. Right now it’s anything by Swedish author Henning Mankell. Just finished his novel “Depths.”
