| Developed for first-time buyers and young families looking for value, affordability and a touch of upscale charm in their first home, Plan 2 at Surrey Farm is designed for corner-lot locations. Each home fronts on a common green shared with other models. The home features a traditional Monterey-style exterior, including a stucco finish, heavy wood detailing, a covered front porch and a wrap-around, second-floor balcony. Inside, the visual connection between living and dining areas increases the sense of space within this modestly sized plan. A fireplace serves as the primary focal point for the main floor. The kitchen, located at the front of the home, is self-contained and features a pass-through counter to the living room.
