  • Had most recently been used as a nursing home

    Solutions:
  • Reconfigured as single-family home
  • Restoration of gorgeous grand entry hall and stair case
  • Exterior: removed awnings and metal railings: covered porch; removed a badly out-of-place two-story addition, also fire escape
  • First floor: kitchen with island, dishwasher, breakfast area
  • Second floor: master suite with walk-in-closet, master bath, laundry
