The plan for this final, 513-unit phase of a 1,100-unit rental community was to create a pedestrian-friendly neighborhood with a clear, disciplined organization and circulation pattern. The buildings are designed to appear smaller and more like individual residences. Entries are accessible from private courtyards accessed by semiprivate "walk-streets." The view-oriented homes, ranging from studios to three-bedroom/two-bath units, are designed for young professionals. Community amenities include a pool, a sun deck, private gazebos and a multifunctional recreation center.
