As the only multifamily housing development in an upscale, single-family neighborhood, Echelon at LakeSide features larger-than-normal floor plans with individual entries and attached garages. Each building's street elevation was designed to blend with the surrounding neighborhood's traditional style. Five building types and three building styles were used. Individual apartment homes have from one to four bedrooms. All units feature high-quality interior finishes. Community amenities include a resort-style pool and a residential service center that has a fitness facility, clubroom, business and conference center, and full-time concierge.
