| Located in a coastal community that includes a mix of primary and secondary residences, this charismatic Outer Banks-style weekend retreat takes full advantage of its waterfront orientation by providing views of the surrounding wetlands on all four sides. The home lies within a high-wind and flood zone, so the grade level provides storage space for the family's automobiles, golf cart and watercraft. A two-story porch makes a singular entry statement.
