| Equally suited to function as a permanent residence or a vacation home for South Florida empty nesters or active retirees, this luxury home was inspired by California Mediterranean architecture. Terraces, balconies trimmed in wrought iron, and a pool and spa accent the courtyard home's exterior. The floor plan features an open design intended to blur the distinction between indoor and outdoor living areas. A majestic, two-story central foyer leads to several living areas. Unique features incorporated into the Gabriella's main rooms include a cellar-like butler's pantry accented by brick floors, walls and ceiling; a two-story study; and the home theater's fiber-optic ceiling, which mimics the night sky.
