Located in the foothills of the Sonoran Desert, this 5600-acre, multi-generational master planned community promotes outdoor enjoyment for all its residents with 38 percent of its total acreage dedicated to open space. The community's single-family homes are designed to appeal to a diverse group of buyers--from first-time, to move-up to empty nesters. Home prices range from the low $100,000s to the high $300,000s, and in square footage from 1218 square feet to 4460 square feet. The community includes a strong mix of national and local retailers, restaurants and a business park. Public amenities include a water park, 43,000-square-foot community center, recreational fields, walking/biking trails and a private, 18-hole country club. A K-8 school is located within the development.
