The Valspar Corp
Formulated for the professional contractor, New Construction Primer is a vinyl acrylic formula designed for use over wallboard, drywall and tape joints. It applies with an airless sprayer or one-coat polyester brush or roller. The primer may be used under latex or oil-based paints. Ideal for same-day finishing, it dries to a tack-free finish in 30 minutes and is ready to recoat in two hours. In addition to bare walls, it also works well for spot priming patches or areas of previously painted walls under latex or oil paint.
