TimberTopper deck covers can be fastened into place over existing planks to upgrade or repair wood decks. The covers are made by converting polymers and recycled wood into a moisture-resistant decking that won’t rot, warp, splinter or decay, the company says. The covers can be stained or painted eight to 10 weeks after installation, or after the deck has weathered to driftwood gray or, in hot, dry climates, light brown.
