Originally available only in the Professional Series, the Star burner is now standard on all of the company's built-in gas cooktops. The burner's five-point shape is designed to distribute heat to a pan’s outer edges and its center. Each burner has single-point ignition for quieter operation and is sealed for easy cleaning. The cooktops are offered in widths of 30 inches (four burners), 36 inches (five burners) and 45 inches (six burners) and in black and white porcelain-coated steel as well as stainless steel.
