July 21, 2009
Standard Pacific Homes, in conjunction with the California Energy Commission’s New Solar Homes Partnership (NSHP), is hosting a Grand Opening and Solar Expo at Montage and Montage II in Manteca on Saturday, July 25 from noon to 3 p.m. Participants will experience model homes featuring the newest technology in solar, solar demonstrations by SunPower and the chance to enter to win a green-home makeover.
Montage features four architecturally diverse floorplans, the quality craftsmanship that Standard Pacific Homes is known for, and the added value of solar included in the base price. Priced from the low $300,000’s, Montage offers a wide range of living space ranging from 1,995 square feet to 3,153 square feet.
Priced from the low $200,000’s, Montage II is a community of single-story homes. Montage II offers three flexible floorplans ranging in size from 1,384 square feet to 1,751 square feet. Homeowners will be able to maximize savings by adding solar to their new home.
Standard Pacific Homes is proud to introduce new Sunergy solar homes, featuring on-site solar electricity and additional energy-efficient features. The comprehensive, environmentally friendly Sunergy program uses clean renewable energy to help homeowners save money on utility bills, protect against rising energy costs and improve home comfort. A new energy- efficient solar home could save homeowners 60 percent on their utility bills and make them eligible for state and federal tax incentives.
“At Standard Pacific Homes we believe in doing the right thing and we are excited to take the next responsible step for the environment with our Sunergy solar homes,” says Jackie Shipley, vice president of sales and marketing of Standard Pacific Homes. “We are also maximizing homeowners’ savings with the most energy-efficient features in the industry, in addition to our already impressive design and architecture.”
