Roofing and sheathing were removed and replaced on all roof surfaces. Thirty-year asphalt dimensional shingles were used. Windows are next to be installed to complete the enclosure process.

The roof has been completed and the windows installed.

The old porch's stone foundation was in poor shape and required removal. The deck material (under the green tarp) awaits township approval (front-yard setback variance was granted) to replace the deck in its entirety instead of repairing the existing deck.
A millrace was excavated next to the house in the late 1700s and used for water power to a saw- and gristmill.
