A traditional five-color paint scheme will make the exterior a classic Victorian style. The base color is Annapolis grey, the trim is cream, the crown is hadley red, the freeze boards are a deep green and the porches and columns are white.
The homes will be served by geothermal heatpumps by WaterFurnace. Three separate systems of 3 tons output each are being installed and utilize a 300-foot horizontal ground loop. The high water table on site is a perfect condition for heat exchange with the ground.
