"This too shall pass" is the mantra builders are repeating as the home sales market finds its way back to health. Meanwhile, it's tempting for sales folks to want to throw in the towel. It's hard to look at the mainstream media — not to mention less than packed sales offices and models — and not feel like there's nothing to do except wait out the storm.
