Plaza at Tenafly nabs NJBA Sam award for best condo flat
Sales brisk for single and multi-level homes in gated community
May 13, 2009
The Plaza at Tenafly, a gated community in New Jersey designed by L&M Design LLC, Radnor, Pa., received "Best Condo Flat – Four Stories & Under" at the NJBA Sam Awards held in conjunction with the Atlantic Builders Convention in Atlantic City on April 21, 2009.
Judged while still under construction, this “preview” multi-level model was built in concert with the clubhouse/sales facility and opened to overwhelming accolades in June 2008. Hundreds of prospective buyers recognized a unique opportunity to purchase a brand new home in desirable Bergen County at prices never before offered in the Borough of Tenafly.
Nearing completion, the built-out community, situated on heavily-landscaped grounds, will consist of 146 single and multi-level designed residences in three, 3- and 4-story elevator-serviced buildings over parking.
L&M Design LLC provides architecture, planning and urban design services to developers from New England to Florida and throughout the Midwest. With a special emphasis on sustainable design, the firm’s work includes master planning and architecture for large-scale mixed-use condominium and rental communities, brownfield redevelopments, commercial retail centers and high-density infill properties.
