The most innovative and successful projects in Northern California will be showcased in the Bay Area Housing Tour at the Pacific Coast Builder’s Conference (PCBC) on June 27. The tour, hosted by the Home Builders Association of Northern California (HBANC) Women’s Council and co-sponsored by PB, features three separate tours of the Bay Area: East Bay, North Bay and the Bay/Silicon Valley.
The tours offer a glimpse at some of the innovative architecture and designs of Northern California, says Women’s Council Home Tour Chairperson Lorie Sweeney.
The East Bay Tour will visit new projects that show design and flexibility at their finest in Alameda and Contra Counties. Stops on the tour include homes by Greenbriar Homes and William Lyons Homes.
The focus of the North Bay Tour is Hiddenbrook, a master planned golf course community in Vallejo that features a course designed by Arnold Palmer. The tour then heads to Sonoma and Marin Counties to visit homes by Christoperson Homes, Cobblestone Homes and Shea Homes.
The Bay/Silicon Valley Tour will visit homes in the most sought-after section of the Bay. Two of the featured builders, Ponderosa Homes and Signature Properties, are part of East Palo Alto’s University Square Project, a highly successful redevelopment project.
Tours leave from Moscone Center in San Francisco at 9:00 am and include a complimentary lunch. The cost is $95 per tour and the reservation deadline is June 1. For information, please call Cassandra Grauer of HBANC at 925/820-7626, ext. 211.
