The new Miele convection steam oven that integrates flush into kitchen cabinetry incorporates a unique injection steam system. The system provides consistent cooking results on all levels while a temperature-control sensor precisely monitors and maintains the proper temperature levels. Foods can be defrosted or reheated quickly without losing moisture or flavor. A refillable water reservoir eliminates the need for a direct plumbing line.
