Masonite: MiraTEC treated exterior composite trim is manufactured with a patented process that produces a one-piece trim board of uniform density and consistency, making it easier to handle, cut, machine and nail, the company says. The product is also treated with Borogard ZB wood preservative, which resists moisture, rot and termites. The 16-foot-long boards are available in 4/4 and 5/4 thicknesses and a variety of widths from 2 to 12 inches.
