LP
LPI 225 and 300 series I-joists, introduced in the company’s western market last year, are now available in the eastern United States. Both types have wider laminated veneer lumber flanges (13/4 inches on the 225, 25/16 on the 300) for stability, easy nailing, and more surface for joining roof or floor panels. The flange in both series is 11/2 inches thick and comes in depths of 91/2 or 117/8 inches; the 300 also is offered with a 14-inch depth.
