Lita Dirks & Co. Wins Central Ohio MAME Award for Interior Design

Lita Dirks & Co. of Greenwood Village, Colo., received prestigious award honors for Best Interior Design for a Detached Home from $250,000 to $500,000 at the 2009 Central Ohio Marketing and Merchandising Excellence (MAME) Awards. The award winners in various sales and marketing categories were announced at the celebration held on Friday, May 29th at the Bridgewater Banquet and Conference Center in Powell, Ohio. 

The MAME Awards is the premier marketing event presented by the Building Industry Association (BIA) Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) to honor the top achievers in the new-home industry.

The Woods at Sugar Run 

Lita Dirks & Co. received accolades for their design of the Promenade model at The Woods at Sugar Run by Epcon Communities. The interior design captures a respected classic style with welcoming and casual elements, complementing the home's architectural style and the plentiful features offered within this active adult community.

* 2009 Best Merchandised Model Home Under $750,000 at the Community Builder Awards in Whippany, N.J. -- Viera model by Sterling Properties.
