Kitchen Magic Wins Angie's List Super Service Award

Pennsylvania company honored for high level of customer service
February 6, 2009

In January of 2009 Kitchen Magic was awarded top honors by Angie's List with the 2008 Angie's List Super Service Award. This is the second consecutive year that Kitchen Magic has been recognized by Angie's List for its consistently high level of Customer Satisfaction.
The award is presented at the beginning of each year to companies who have achieved and maintained a superior service rating on Angie's List throughout the past year. Fewer than 5 percent of the companies on Angie's List meet the eligibility requirements to be considered. Angie's List Super Service Award winners must maintain an "A" rating overall; have never been in the Angie's List Penalty Box and have a "Satisfactory" rating with the Better Business Bureau.
Kitchen Magic was founded in 1979 by Jost Fleck in Allentown, Pa. Today, the company is still family owned and operated, now in the second generation, and serves the seven Northeastern states of New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Delaware.
Angie's List is a Web site run for consumers by the AngiesList.com team. Companies are not able to advertise on AngiesList.com. If a company is posted by a consumer, meaning a negative or positive reference, only then can a profile be added. For this reason, it's a trusted consumer resource with a high degree of credibility where consumers go to find others' experiences and overall reputation of a service company.
"Our Super Service Award winners are the cream of the crop when it comes to customer service," said Angie Hicks, founder of Angie's List.
