February 24, 2009

FMI, the largest provider of Management Consulting and Investment Banking to the worldwide construction industry, is conducting its second Construction Industry Strategy Survey, a study directed at key executives of the industry’s largest construction firms. It will provide detailed insight into the strategies utilized by leading companies to drive competitive advantage in times of industry expansion and contraction.
Specifically, the survey is designed to determine how construction firms are responding strategically to challenging times ahead and how they are actively assessing their internal situation, their external climate, their markets and their competitors.
Your input is needed to help identify industry trends and continue the push for innovation in strategic thinking.
The survey will take less than 20 minutes and is available through early March. All respondents will receive a complimentary copy of the final survey report.
