The SKCX splice kit is for repairing buried coaxial and phone cables that have been inadvertently cut. Slide the housing and sealing grommets onto the cable and terminate the wires with the proper connectors (RG6 twist-on and phone connectors are included). To complete the splice, twist down the end caps until a proper seal is achieved. The splice enclosure provides a watertight seal and is re-enterable for inspection, the company says.
