Electrolux

Infinite Range
June 16, 2008

The new Infinite range from Europe’s Electrolux uses induction to heat up homeowners’ pots and pans. The range creates a rapidly alternating magnetic field through pots or pans when placed on the unit, which causes the pot itself to become the heating element while range top remains cool to touch. And, according to the company, energy consumption is significantly less compared to either gas or electric cook tops.
