The 6,000-watt DG6000 gas generator has an 11-horsepower Honda engine. The air intake, choke and carburetion system is designed for easy starting regardless of air temperature, and the muffler and idle control reduce noise and help with fuel efficiency, the company says. Output is rated at 5,000 watts continuous AC power and 6,000 watts maximum power. The generator also provides as much as 8,250 watts of surge capacity for starting larger tools such as air compressors. It has four 129-volt GFCI receptacles and two 12-volt twist-locking re-ceptacles, plus another for 120/240V. Contact: 800/4-DEWALT www.dewalt.com
