Roll-form, overlapped aluminum cladding and weather stripping at the head and sill provide extra protection from air and water infiltration. Hinged nailing fin protects the extrusion and protects corners. Injectable corner locks to produce tight, secure frames at the side and head jambs. Insulated glass reduces heat loss in the winter and blocks ultraviolet and infrared energy that drives up cooling costs and causes interior furnishings to fade.
