Builder Homesite Offers Builders Exciting Marketing Opportunities

Builder Homesite was formed by a consortium of ten top US new-home builders who are investing in builder focused web technologies. This new organization will be launching three exciting products during the next nine months. New-home builders are invited to partner with Builder Homesite to take advantage of these opportunities.

The first product, a destination web site, markets new homes to prospective buyers, as opposed to pre-owned homes. Buyers can select their preferred home location and participate in an on-line interview that helps them decide what features they desire in their "Dream House." This web program emphasizes the flexibility available in building a new home.

In addition, Builder Homesite is developing a program currently called Builder Customer Relationship Management Solution (BCRMS). This program will provide builders with web-enabled customer care technologies that they can utilize in their day-to-day business processes. BCRMS can help increase productivity and efficiency by creating a better home-buying experience for customers and increasing their loyalty to the builder.

The final product to be introduced in the next few months is a collection of internet channels providing lifestyle information into the home. For example, the web channels will provide such information as the weather, the community calendar of events, and information from the local schools. When the builder turns over a home folder to a new homeowner, the contents of the folder--useful information about maintaining the home's systems and equipment--will be part of the information included on one of the internet lifestyle channels. Builder Homesite plans to partner with a large group of companies and manufacturers to deliver content, commerce and community information to homes.
