Two Product Lines Target Wide Variety of Budgets

Two distinct product lines, designed to allow builders and remodelers to include high-quality window and patio door solutions for nearly every price point, have been introduced this year by Andersen Windows.

The Andersen® 400 Series features extensive sizes, shapes and styles, each with a full array of options and accessories. Included is every window style the firm manufacturers, as well as a complete range of gliding and hinged patio door products.

Each product comes standard with energy-efficient, low-E glass. Four exterior colors are available: white, sandtone, Terratone® and a new forest green color available in the second quarter of 2001. The Andersen® Art Glass Collection, the entire Andersen hardware collection and every one of the company's grille options are available with this series.

The new Andersen® 200 Series, featured on the D.R. Horton Show Home 2001, provides a highly affordable, concise product offering designed to fit a wider range of consumer budgets. Included is a streamlined collection of popular window sizes and styles, hardware and accessory options, as well as Andersen Perma-Shield® gliding patio doors. Products are available only in clear insulated glass and in white or sandtone exterior colors.

This new, more affordable collection includes the new tilt-wash double-hung window that incorporates a simplified sash-tilting feature, balancer-free jambs and a modular sizing system to simplify ordering and installation. The line also includes transom, picture, arch and Circle Top™ windows, designed and sized to complement the new double-hung series.
