Four patterns – Brazilian Rosewood, Merbau, Tigerwood and Caramel Bamboo – mimic the rare rainforest species in a flooring that’s low-VOC and low-maintenance but high-performance. Amtico International’s Tropical Woods line is certified by GreenGuard and FloorScore, include a backing of 100-percent recycled post-industrial waste, and are manufactured in a 14001 and 9001 certified U.S. facility. Backed by a 15 Year Commercial Wear Warranty, Amtico’s flooring system features five layers, including a slip-resistant top layer, a dense wear layer that protects against dents and stains, a color layer of digitally enhanced, high-definition aesthetic imaging, a strong backing and an optional urethane treatment layer.
