Professional Builder magazine has released its annual report on housing's giants. In the midst of a severe economic downturn, the largest home builders experienced significant decreases in revenue and closings from 2007 and 2008. This year’s list reports the largest 350 home builders in the United States. With total closings down by about one-third, the top three home builders are showing only a little more than half the revenue in 2008 when compared to 2007. Take a look at the complete list to see how America's largest home builders are holding up.
The Annual Report on Housing’s Giants is the result of an intensive research conducted by Professional Builder. Read the report and view the list:
The full report and analysis of the list also appears in the May issue of Professional Builder magazine.
